A quiet site where the pitches are level, though the site drops away into rolling wooded countryside. Alderstead Heath is an ideal holiday site in a picturesque setting with views over the North Downs. The walking options are varied (you are on the Pilgim's Way). Its proximity to London makes this an obvious and delightful base to explore the capital (25 mins from Redhill), but it's also central to visit much of Sussex, Kent and Surrey and day trips to choose from include Brighton, family theme parks, National Trust properties and gardens, several racecourses - all within easy driving distance. The Denbies Wine Estate at Dorking is both informative and fun for all the family.
