We are situated on the edge of Rosliston village, many times winner of the East Midlands in Bloom Competition. Local pubs serving good food are within easy walking distance and the village shop and post office provide any essentials you need.

Children will enjoy the large, open grass play areas which are viewable from the caravan site pitches and abundant wildlife is to be found around the site. The well spaced pitches allow plenty of room for everyone to enjoy so it's always worth booking early for the busier weeks of the year.

Generous all day breakfasts are available at our Honey Pot Tea Rooms as well as delicious home-made cakes.

Well behaved dogs are welcome (at no charge) as long as they are kept on leads at all times. Barbeques are permitted if sensible precautions are taken and they are not placed directly on the grass. No loud music please.

For visitor safety, a site speed limit of 5mph is imposed on vehicles at all times.
