We are a family run site in the heart of Lakeland’s National Park.

We are situated in the beautiful Valley of St. John's in the Vale. An ideal location to explore the North of the Lake District, taking in the high mountains, Sca Fell and Helvellyn, the near-by Lakes of Derwentwater, Ullswater and the majestic Lakeland scenery all around.

Burns Farm is a peaceful, caravan and camp site, just right for relaxing and de-stressing in idyllic surrounds with panoramic views, 'or' if you are the more adventurous type, we are ideally situated for walking, water sports, fishing, rock climbing, cycling, pony riding, golf, paragliding, and all the other attractions in the North Lakes
