Description
Itchenor Holiday Home Park has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. The boundaries overlook open farmland and offer glimpses of the South downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters. A resident Manager lives on the Park all year to assist you in the summer and look after your holiday home in the winter. All main services are connected to each holiday home.

Nearby town include Chichester, an Ancient Roman city with cathedral, museums, theatre and excellent shopping; Arundel, a historic cathedral town with fairytale castle, museums and bird sanctuary; Bognor Regis, a seaside town and entertainment centre and Portsmouth a Naval town, with the Mary Rose, Victory, Gunwarf Quay shopping mall and cinema multiplex, Southsea Funfair.

Local Stately Homes inlcudePetworth House, Goodwood House, Parham House, Uppark and Arundel Castle. Have a round of golf at Chichester, Goodwood, Bognor Regis and Selsey. Visit the Singleton Open Air Museum and Fishbourne Roman Palace.

Enjoy sea bathing at the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay, or the indoor heated pool at Chichester. Or go walking in South Downs, and Chichester Harbour via a network of footpaths from the Park.
Directions
Follow the signs to Chichester. At Chichester from the A27 on the bypass head south along the A286 following the signs to West Wittering (or The Witterings). At the Birdham roundabout, take the second exit towards West Wittering. After 1.5 miles turn right towards Itchenor. This is Shipton Green Lane.
The Park entrance is 400 yards on the right.
