A superbly wooded site, Woodland has pitches set amongst the trees and hard-standing for caravans and motorhomes. These secluded pitches make for a peaceful and tranquil break to enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of the ancient oakwood.

RSPB ACTIVITY SESSIONS



RSPB wildlife activity sessions for 5-12 year olds at Christchurch campsite every weekend from 21 June until 24 August. Saturday sessions start at 4pm and Sunday sessions start at 11am. Please book in advance at campsite reception (£2 per child, accompanying adults go for free!)


Activities will last 1-2 hours, and will include penguin racing, animalgrams, name-that-bird, a bird-in-the-hand, owl-and-mouse game, quizzes舰and plenty more.

Directions
Reception for all sites at Christchurch. Directions for other sites will be given when you book in. All routes (except Ross-on-Wye): At the crossroads of the A4136 and the minor road at the Pike House Inn, 1 mile north of Coleford, go north for 0.5 miles, following campsite signs. Forest of Dean Reception is on your left. From Ross-on-Wye: Follow the B4234 to Lydbrook. Continue along the Wye Valley on the minor road to English Bicknor. After about 2 miles turn right into Christchurch.
