- Shamba Holidays offers touring and camping facilities on a seven-acre level park, set in pleasant countryside. It is a family owned and managed park and has its own resident wardens for your convenience.
The park appeals to country lovers and young families who wish to enjoy the host of attractions in the local area. It is ideally situated to explore Hampshire and Dorset, and is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth with its shops, theatres and fine beaches. Fishing, golfing and horseriding are available nearby.
Shamba has 150 good-sized, well-drained pitches all with electric hook-up facility, and welcomes caravans, motorhomes and tents. Guests’ dogs are also welcome on the park. The brand new modern toilet and shower facilities, incorporating family shower/changing rooms, family bathroom and designated wheelchair users shower room, are free to all guests, as is the use of the leisure amenities. There is also a laundrette, an enclosed wash-up area, chemical disposal point and a motor vehicle greywaste disposal point.
The superb 40ft heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool offer the best of both worlds, as the building has the ability to recline the exterior walls and roof structure and let the sunshine in!
Shamba’s impressive clubhouse has a beautiful pine vaulted ceiling and hosts a licensed bar, offering a range of beers, wines and spirits, as well as snacks, teas and coffees. It also has the benefit of a large screen TV.
The park also has a well-equipped shop and a takeaway offering fast food prepared to order. The games/amusements room hosts a pool table, video games and slot machines. The children’s play area offers an abundance of play equipment including swings, slides and climbing frame/adventure play. Please note there are limited facilities for teenagers.

- Site is signed directly off the A31 Ringwood - Wimborne Road, 400 yds. down a small lane. Approaching from the west, pass The Woodman public house, go straight on at the next roundabout and then turn immediately left into East Moors Lane. Approaching from the east, after passing Little Chef, you will need to go round the next roundabout back on yourself, then immediately left down lane. O.S.GR: SU104026.
