- South Bay lies just above Brixham with its bustling harbour. Visit Beaches this sunny corner of the English Riviera for spectacular scenery,
Horse Riding, sandy beaches and superb facilities at the park.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the fabulour indoor pool ro swim through to the outdoor area with toddlers pool, flume and sunbathing decks. Kids love the Foxy Club and adventure playground while the whole family can have a go at crazy golf. - Our current 230 owners enjoy wide range of local attractions and activities, plus the benefits of our oceans club, with resident and visiting entertainers, Heated Indoor & Outdoor swimming pool. The annual site fee covers all minor maintenance, the cost of the parks facilities, such as the Entertainment and Swimming Pool, crazy golf and childrens play area(Basketball ball net and football post)

- Torquay, Britains premier resort offers an endless supply of things to do and a bustling nightlife. The Torbay area abounds with local attractions and interesting places to visit to visit on the English Rivera.South Bay has immediate access to wonderful coastal paths which take you to the impressive Napoleonic fortifications at Berry Head, Dartmouth has its famous Royal Navel Collage, Paignton with its air of Victorian seaside, Zoo and steam railway linking it to Dartmouth. The Zoo (as seen on T.V) is wonderful “Green” Zoo, which has worldwide links with National Parks across the Globe, helping endangered species. Close by in Galpmton we have the pleasant but mysterious Gardens of Greenway house, home of Agatha Christie.

Once getting to the welcome to Brixham sign-at the first set of traffic lights bear right and follow the brown triangle signs all the way up to Southbay.
