- Set in beautiful landscaped grounds and woodland this delightful holiday park overlooks Newberry Beach which belongs to us (illustrated) and Combe Martin public beach. There are superb views of the beaches and sea as well as nearby Exmoor.
There is a heated swimming pool, children's pool, well-stocked shop and a lovely children's play area. You can enjoy a drink or a good meal in our Sea Spray Club with dancing and entertainment for the whole family, whilst watching the sea gently lapping the shore of your own beach.
This park and Sandaway are sister parks a few
minutes apart so you are free to visit and enjoy the

- We are actually in the little fishing resort of Combe 1' Martin so a two minute stroll from our entrance takes you to the beach and the beginning of the main street with its lovely old pubs, cafes, restaurants, fish & chips and shops of most kinds and of course, the 13th century Parish Church. Combe Martin has somehow managed to retain its old world charm and friendly people even in these days of hustle and bustle. The vast expanse of Exmoor starts at Combe Martin. The major seaside resort of llfracombe is only 8 minutes by car.
