- Welcome is an independent park specialising in self-catering family holidays. Accommodation is available in variety of holiday homes including caravans, bungalows and our we introduced our super luxury Casita Lodges with private verandas and loads of features to ensure the highest comfort for your holiday. On-site facilities include the Tropicana 4-pool heated indoor pool complex, and spacious Cruisers Club where our top-class entertainment will delight the whole family.

- Directions
- Leave the M5 at Junction 30, and take the A379 to Dawlish, turning left at the first signpost for Dawlish Warren (just before Dawlish). Drive around Cockwood Harbour and just follow the road straight into Dawlish Warren.
