- You have a choice of routes to Glendaruel.
Either -
Over the scenic Rest and Be Thankful (A83) down into Cowal (A815) the park lies 15 miles south of Strachur on the modernised A886.
Or -
By ferry to Dunoon and then on the B836 which joins the A886 4 miles south of the park. If you are towing we do not recommend the latter route since there is a 1:5 uphill gradient at the head of Loch Striven.
** If you are using SAT NAV enter Caravan Park as well as postcode. Entrance to the park is directly off the A886, there is no vehicle access off the single track West Glendaruel Road - Special Offers
