Evenings can be spent relaxing whilst enjoying some great entertainment in The Cruisers Club or visiting some of the local hostelries within easy walking distance.
Kids have their own Kids Club with a daily programme crammed with lots of activities to keep them amused. There is also a sports-ground, children’s playground and crazy golf.
The Tropicana heated indoor pool complex has four pools- a fun pool, sports pool, whirlpool and toddlers splash pool.
Welcome Family is located just a few minutes (500 metres) level walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach and the lovely nature reserve of Dawlish Warren. It is also within easy reach of a host of local attractions and places of interest for great days out. Only 20 minutes from the motorway network and there are good rail and coach connections, as well as reliable local bus and train services.
Accommodation is available to suit every taste and pocket, ranging from the luxury Casita Lodges, through the comfortable Wavesurfer Bungalows to the cosy Sunrise Caravans. These are fully equipped to a high standard with microwave, fridge freezer and TV. All attractively situated in colourful landscaped gardens.

- Leave the M5 at Junction 30, and take the A379 to Dawlish, turning left at the first signpost for Dawlish Warren (just before Dawlish). Drive around Cockwood Harbour and just follow the road straight into Dawlish Warren.
