Description
A warm welcome awaits you at the Scout Cragg Park. Peacefully nestled under the protection of the impressive stone crag it seems as if time here almost pauses to take in the tranquil surroundings.

A friendly monkey puzzle tree that guards the entrance seems to greet you with open arms.

This peacefull park is home to around 100 static holiday caravans spaciously sited in grounds which are maintained to a very high standard with a manager on site to ensure that your stays are trouble and hassle free.

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) with the Cumbria Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, historic towns and coastal resorts, all within easy reach. Arnside, a quaint seaside town, is about 6 miles away.

The historic city of Lancaster with its attractive shopping centre, 12th century Castle and the Priory and Parish Church of St Mary, founded in 1094, among many other historical sites. Check out the Ashton Memorial and nearby Butterfly House which overlook the whole area from Williamson Park.

Morecambe is around 10 miles away.

Half an hour or so to the north is the beautiful Lake District National Park and take a similar drive to the east and you can explore the famous Yorkshire Dales.

If you fancy a drive to Blackpool the M6 takes you right there in under an hour. Enjoy the world-famous Tower complex and get the thrill of your life on the top-class rides at ‘Pleasure Beach’.
Directions
From the M6, take Jct 35 and go west following signs for Carnforth and the A6.
At the first roundabout go left (South) onto the A6 following signs for Carnforth.
Stay on the A6 until you reach the traffic lights in the centre of Carnforth, then turn right. Follow this road over a bridge and then immediately after the sign that says Warton Village, turn left following signs for Silverdale.
After a few hundred yards this road turns sharply right and Scout Cragg entrance on your right, about a third of a mile after the corner.
