There are cosy log cabins or luxury caravans for hire if you would like to stay on this secluded south facing sandy bay. Or you can bring your own caravan, motorhome or tent to these golden sands, where the river Carra runs down to the sea. Highly graded by the ScottishTourist Board, and winner of the Best Caravan and Camping Park Tourism Award , plus an AA award for Attractive environment for five years running. This park is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and quiet.

See the otter and deer that come onto the park and the dolphins that are in the bay every June, or watch the buzzards tumbling and look out for the magnificent eagles

From Tarbert A83 into Cambeltown, turn left onto B842 at T junction 14 miles, turn right on to B879, in 0.5 mile at caravan park sign turn right, park entrance 0.5 mile.
